Embodying the Unknown means dropping out of the mind, letting gravity do some work, and FEELING an inner process in your body to release problems. It means you can bring a higher energy to the planet. Instead of doing something, accomplishing tasks, goals, or expectations, BE who you really are. SLOW DOWN, listen to your gut and attend to your breath. It might mean to stop talking or planning or going going going to realize that you have access to the answers. Only by slowing down and acknowledging that you don't have answers, will you get somewhere.

Meditation may start in the mind but it happens in the fruiting BODY. When you let the infinite within naturally respond, you are being a teacher of the highest vibration. Be accountable for making time and space for your meditation, reflection, solitude, and relaxation during this phase from Full Moon to the next Full Moon. There are many messages coming to us from the spaces in between.

Nurture your meditative experiences, be sure that reflection and meditation is a part of your daily experience. Remember that the essence of Virgo lives within Pisces, and that Pisces dwells within Virgo. Give yourself 15 minutes every day to just sit, meditate, and reflect with no music, no objective, and nothing in your hands, not even a pencil. Sure, ideas may come to you as you relax your mind and your body, but the point of meditation is to BE (personally I love lying flat on my back) and watch what co
mes up. Once you've quieted your distractions and inputs, focus on your breath. Allow your breath to slowly fill your fruiting body, pulsing in and out, three-dimensionally, even if it is just for one minute.

Pisces = meditation, spirituality, unconditional love, bliss, and also self-destructive behaviors like substance abuse, excess, and addictions (work, social media, instant gratification, food, sex, anger, control). Do not be afraid to feel your emotions. Understand that you are only a part of the universe's unfolding and that you cannot control your experience in life. You can only control how you respond to situations and then you can align with the unfolding. You are certainly not the only unfolding. Realize that you are not suffering alone and that, yes, everyone is suffering. Pisces' most profound teaching is to put your attention towards universal love and spirit. Allow love to create every possible vision and accept love without dictating which direction it may steer.

Chlorociboria aeruginascens (Green Elfcup or Green Wood Cup): Pisces, Chiron, Neptune, Moon, meditation, emotional body, release, transformation, cosmic/fungal connection, decompose what you digest, reflection, restoration, mistakes, relaxation, embarrassment, moderation, suspicion, obsession, anxiety, control

MycoAstrological correspondences: Planet: Jupiter; Secondary Ruler: Neptune; Day: Thursday; Main organ: Liver; Second Organ: Gallbladder; System: Metabolic; Tissue: Fat; Action: Warm/Moist

Chlorociboria aeruginascens, commonly known as Green Elfcup or Green Wood Cup, is characterized by the mycelium stained wood substrate, which creates the appearance of blue wood. The tiny, blue-green saucer-shaped fruit bodies are more infrequently seen, suggesting that the fruiting periods are fairly brief. Chlorociboria is a saprotrophic fungus, decomposing what it grows on. Chlorociboria reminds us that you are both the ocean and your body. You are both the blue-wood staining mycelium and the wood it grows on. You are both your own fruiting body and the mass of mycelial experience.

As Virgo New Moon (8/30) has grown into Pisces Full Moon, we have danced in between the phases of Recomposition, Spore Germination, Hyphae, Mycelium, and are now Fruiting Bodies. In the Fruiting Fungus Life Cycle, we germinate intentions that grow into hyphae, the strands of our fibrous vegetation. Connecting to one another in a network of mycelium, we plan, strategize, and mold our vision. Now, during Full Pisces Moon, our vision matures, releases, or changes form. Out of a mycelial web, a hyphal knot pushes itself up from underneath the ground. This hyphal knot turns into a mushroom -- our fruiting body has formed.

Fruiting Body Life Cycle
EXPANDED (COSMIC, FUNGAL) PERSPECTIVE
We release our expectations, our timelines, our control over the situation and of others. We release over-analysis, obsessive worry, critical first reactions, finding fault in others, and staying in unpleasant situations. We acknowledge what was done, connected, and grown since the Virgo New Moon and we become illuminated by the fullness of the vision -- and realize it's not just OUR vision. We are a part of the universal flow of life.

When you accept that the universe's plan is much bigger than your own plan, that you are a fractal, a microcosm, or a hyphae, you can only create "order" inside yourself and surrender to a greater truth. You can then surrender to fear, control, self-destructive habits and ancestral patterns. You have the opportunity to live more free.

In this perspective, we realize that we can't force ourselves to be a part of the flow. We also can't force ourselves to be the flow. That means you're agreeing to be the ocean, to be nobody. You are both the ocean and your body. You can be you and align with the Universal Flow. It's timing, frequency, speed, pulse, rhythm. It's polarities, seasons and transformation. You are your own fruiting body in the mass of mycelial experience. You are your own melody in the beat.

GIVE SPACE FOR MEDITATION & REFLECTION
By slowing down and doing less you will accomplish more. Mental activity pushes away states of bliss. Obsession, compulsive mental patterns, are the continual analysis of a situation without identifying a resolution that brings peace of mind. When we obsess on the "why?" we are driven by fear that the problem might return. In the process of analyzing our problems -- we often may attract the same problems. Analysis can be immeasurably beneficial, though the practice of true release is an emotional, embodied, feeling and inner process. Results will happen when your attention works toward honestly release of a problem.

Admit mistakes. You will stand in the transformative power of your own truth and unraveling. "I've made a mistake, where do we go from here?" When you feel less personally involved or attached in everything (though a certain amount of involvement is necessary -- it's the Virgo/Pisces balance!), you can give yourself enough space to breath and watch yourself respond to situations. Through this process of embodied attention, attachments that hold you in bondage will begin to dissipate and release. Goodbye expectations. Commit to a vision of love and honest, personal and universal, spiritual significance.

Rest, restore, & recharge with minimal input: stretch, play, restorative yoga, sing, cook, dream, go outside, cry, paint, watch clouds, stargaze, collect shells at a beach, collect mushrooms in the mountains.

DROP OUT OF MIND & EMBODY
We use our fruiting body to be beautiful, colorful, smelly, sticky, bruise blue, and to eventually release spores by attracting other organisms or by the strength and power of our spore dispersal. Don't force your vision, it will fruit when conditions are right (humidity, temperature, elevation, nutrients, and so on). We surrender to the universe's unfolding of our vision, because we are not alone in these dimensions. Through our expansion from New to Full Moon, we recognize the connections that all life forms share.

Meditation and relaxation start in the body. If we keep our processes in the mind then we will experience even more anxiety, headache, tension, and dissonance. By restricting our attention to the mind, we sever attention to our own bodies. Integration of our emotional body, energetic body, pain body, intrinsic potential, and painful and pleasurable somatic and sensual experience becomes impossible. If we listen, we can hear where pain lives, where joy lives, where excitement lives, where love lives.

When we focus on breath, relax our body, and let gravity bring our attention further down, washing over our eyes, into our throat, into our heart, down our spine, into the belly, pelvic bowl, and through each toe and finger, our nervous system automatically calms itself and we become much more grounded, powerful, balanced, and tactful. We become tuned into our own healing. The more we are conscious of our bodies, the more we can live in a holistic understanding and acceptance of all that we are, and work with what we have through paths of transformation. When we connect with our body is when we are allowed access to care and transform.

Release mental activity and tune into your body. I'm not asking you to achieve enlightenment, but I am asking you to take time and space for yourself ~every~ day to be in your bodies and listen to what transformations and release they are asking of you. As we experience wholeness and serenity inside ourselves, we become more aware of the atmosphere and energy field that we create. We also become aware to the universal vision of love that we can participate in.

MycoCosmic Glyph for Full Moon in Pisces
with Chlorociboria aeruginascens (9/13/19).
Into the few days after Full Moon, we enter the Spore Dispersal Phase. Spores' dedicated purpose is to travel and evolve, through sexual and asexual reproduction. Limited in mobility, spores are at the mercy of the forces around it and must land in supportive environments to germinate. We pay attention to our actions, results, and observations. How did we overexert? Force? Allow distance? Where did we nourish or neglect? What did we learn?

After the spores disperse, we reach Mushroom Recomposition Phase where, after completing its function, the fruiting body shrivels up, rots, and morphs back into the earth. This phase simultaneously reminds us of one of the most important functions of many fungi: to simultaneously decompose what it digests.
Chlorociboria aeruginascens (TrekNature)

If fungi were not partaking in decomposition, we'd be walking around eye-deep in detritus (dead organic matter waiting to be decomposed). Decomposition, and thus recomposition, is not a linear process. The Fruiting Fungus Life Cycle, just like ours, is a cyclical process that spirals upward and outward like a spiral staircase, or a helix, growing and experiencing higher levels that are just a bit different from the previous journey.

Aspects:

9/13: On the day of Full Moon Venus and Mercury make a final conjunction in 28° Virgo. Actions may speak louder than words, and at the same time precise communication
will be extra valuable.

9/14: Directly following the Full Moon, Mercury and Venus enter Libra. Mercury = communication mental space,
and information processing. Venus = value, beauty, love we feel when we are connecting with others and allowing
ourselves to receive others. Libra = a negotiator, creative, charismatic, seeks balance and harmony with surrounding
organisms. How can we strengthen the relationships we care about? How can we reconcile dissonance we've felt with
others?

Chiron opposes Mercury (9/16), Venus (9/17), and Sun (9/26), stressing how we may be able to communicate
through, relate with, and identify our traumas and wounds. Where we may feel self-doubt, weak, unsuccessful,
or confused, may feel like they are at the center of things. We may feel that the way we think or process is
flawed based on the status quo. Pain may arise from feeling like your voice is not heard. Be especially thoughtful
and gentle with words and learn to open up and talk about your problems in ways that are not aggressive or
forceful. How can you heal your fragmented perception of yourself? How can we heal our fragmented perception
of the world? Recognize and accept that all of your thoughts are a part of you.

The key (Chiron) to this healing is, once again, mindfulness -- attention to the body in the present moment. Chiron, in Aries, brings awareness to ancestral pains and traumas and represents the healing of our identity wound. How have we been victims of our own suffering? How can we begin transformations that will bring freedom?

9/21: Jupiter in Sagittarius squares Neptune in Pisces. This is the third and final Jupiter Square Neptune aspect of 2019. The first two were on 1/13 and 6/16. Spend some time thinking about and feeling into the common themes of these transit periods. We won't experience Jupiter square Neptune again until 2025, when it will only happen once and not three times.

Both planets are in their home signs, giving them ample resources to do what they desire and express their essence most purely. Jupiter = search for meaning and growth. Neptune = the ideal, spiritual, transcendent, invisible, intangible. Jupiter and Neptune are working together to expand, pull back the curtain, and expose what's happening behind the scenes. Do you practice what you preach? This square transit may feel raw and vulnerable, but is ultimately nudging us further out of our tiny perspective and connecting us with something greater. We are confronting illusions, delusions, and whatever rose-colored shades we wear.

We may feel tested, disappointed, embarrassed, or suspicious. This is a huge time to make sure you're not wearing yourself out or using excess energy. Slow down, meditate, tune into your energetic, emotional, somatic bodies and transform old patterns! You can then more intentionally, consciously, and holistically envision you expansive dream. Effects of this aspect are magnified for people with any personal planets around 16° Sagittarius, Gemini, Pisces, or Virgo.

9/18: Grand Earth Trine. Moon in Taurus, Sun-Mars-Juno in Virgo, and Saturn-Pluto in Capricorn. This day is a perfect one to rest, restore, stabilize, and enjoy time outside. Use this day to draw inwards and evaluate resources while not actually acting on them. This day could be calming and comforting and we may experience creative resourcefulness and insights.

9/18: Saturn also comes out of retrograde and turns direct in 18° Capricorn. How to make situations better. Take responsibility for our patterns and the ripples we have caused. Reflect on the time between now and when Saturn turned retrograde, 4/29. During Retrograde, Saturn's qualities of limits, boundaries, time, pressure, structure, responsibilities, and authority have been revisited and deeply studied on an inward and personal level. How do you feel more in command of your emotional and energetic strength? How has your discipline changed? How do you feel more free? The next Saturn retrograde dates May 10, 2020 in 13° Aquarius.

We enter Libra Season on 9/23

So much Astrology!!! Sending the lights inside each one of you much love and deep spores.

Gabriela
