Full Moon of Grateful Flying in Sagittarius with Destroying Angels and Earthballs

Welcome to the Full Moon of Grateful Flying in 25° 53' Sagittarius (1:31 PST). By filling our heart-space with gratitude, we obtain the key to the portal. We fly in the subtle vibrations of the dream spaces, of the in betweens, and of the dark and deep oceans in which our emotions and spirits swim. Lots of fire + water this moon, which = steam! Our wings, uncovered lovingly by the Amanita ocreata, or Destroying Angel, have taken form from the previous New Moon in Gemini. Sagittarius and its expansion remembers the importance of well-defined boundaries.

Earthballs (Scleroderma cepa) surface from below by symbolically filling with steam, offering themselves to the earthly plane from down below the hidden realms -- and cleansing, or purifying our consciousing. Our heartspans and wingspans (the area ruled by the previous Gemini New Moon) have expanded and with gratitude, our portal of angelic destruction allows our conscious fruiting bodies to soar the sky of our dreams.

Fungi are the great inhibitors of both the earthly plane and what is below the soil surface. There is no unconscious. We are whole and fluid communicators of the spaces between and underneath. There are worlds that remain hidden and mysterious to some, and these are the dark spaces in which fungi not only reside but also expand, thrive, discern, receive, support, and evolve.

June 16, the day before the Full Moon, sees Jupiter squaring Neptune. Through the tension of Neptune and Jupiter/Sagittarius, content is surfacing between dreaming and emotional realms and with joviality, growth, and consciousing.

June 17 New Moon is conjunct with Jupiter.

On June 21 Sun enters water-mama Cancer and Neptune turns retrograde in Pisces.

June 26 sings Mercury into Leo. Currently in Cancer, this water will be carried into fire. Our mental oceans, the between spirit and matter, are heated by the flamboyant, generous, and performing flame of Leo. Performing as, "I Will", as embodying the will and acting out our spirit with zest and fullness. Communication dances through the honest heart and humble spine.

On July 1 Leo also welcomes in Mars. Currently also in Cancer, this water will be boiled. Our doingness is moving the sensitive emotions and inward juice into the strong and profound, golden creativity.

Our upcoming New Moon (Total Solar Eclipse) in Cancer is on July 2nd (1:31 PST).

MycoAstrology observes the habitat and cosmic surroundings from the sensual perspectives of my fruiting body. We are deeply grateful for the ever-expanding center of gravity that weaves the mycelial web of love and ancient wisdom. The truth is in the center of our mycelium; in the space between each thread, hyphae, and hyphal knot.

These full moon downloads affect people most with powerful energies in the 22-30° of the mutable signs of Sagittarius, Gemini, Virgo, and Pisces.

Scleroderma cepa (Greek for "hard" & "skin") have been called Earthballs for their tendency to be found partially buried in soil, so their little round rumps usually slightly appear to be fruiting as mysterious bumps out of the earth. Though they are toxic, it is rumored that young fruiting bodies, before spores mature and turn from white to purple, can indeed be edible.

Earthballs fruit in the summer in watered areas or after rainfall, either alone or in small groups. The Scleroderma genus are related to Boletes and feel much tougher than puffballs, with usually a thicker, crusty, or cracked surface or peridium (enclosed layer that protects the mass of spores). When the top of the fruiting body cracks and peels back, the mature spores are released by the elements.

Energetically, Earthballs are inflated by the earth's steam which comes from the fiery core and gravity of the earth's own large fruiting body. Like expanding balloons, they rise to the surface of the soil as if to float into the subtle vibrations and fly into our awareness alongside the Destroying Angels (Amanita ocreata).

As Mercury and Mars (in unity) experience the last degrees of Cancer, and as the Sun Enters Cancer, there is presencing of water and emotions relating to our comfortability, our home-life, the way we were nurtured and are nurtured. This, along with the fiery arrow of Sagittarius, is transforming the energies of Fire + Water into Steam.

What can we use steam for? To purify and cleans our fruiting bodies. The mixing of Sagittarius pelvic energy and Cancer breast energy are mixing the flow of our torso - the core of our body. Steam is clearing and purifying our excess energy spillages. How do we whirl the rhythms between our creative pelvis and our nurturing breasts that protect our heart? As "mot" is latin for move, how are you emoting to yourself? How do you move with emotion? With yourself and with others?

There's a true journeying flame that lives with each of us. This flame travels through our energetic centers of our bodies, emotions, and energies. They are all portals of one another and when the flow is stagnant somewhere, we will feel it or see it as repercussions in our daily lives.

As Jupiter (home of Sagittarius) expands our perspectives and inflates our magnetism, it's poignant to be conscious of boundaries that exist in our emotional and spiritual energies. The world is not one single conglomeration of the same habitat, but pockets of life with boundaries that slowly bleed into one another. Life is not sameness or stillness.

Even as organisms migrate and live in a variety of ecosystems, there is a noticeable separation between meadow, forest, desert, tundra, and beach habitat. By using our senses, we can tell when we are entering a space where fungi may thrive, or a space where running water is nearby, or maybe a space that hasn't received rain in weeks. Water, earth, fire, and air comprise a thriving whole, while all being exceptionally different from one another. Each energy has their own boundaries, and together form a multitude of patchwork. How can we offer ourselves to expand into an ecosystem of river, rock, soil, mycelium, trees, leaves, bark, ribbets, petals, deer, feathers, mosquitos, spiders, and snakes.

Jupiter's expanding journeying remembers the subtle distinctions between all life. Like the river and its inhabitants, it's important to have boundaries that are consistently in a state of humble movement. The river lives with the rocks and the rocks live with river. The sun with the water and steam with the body. When boundaries are broken, messy entanglements form. Without boundaries energy leaks out. It's hard to identify and recognize boundaries, especially as subtle as emotional and energetic boundaries, when we are so inundated by fast information and instant gratification. The Earthball and its hard skin are representative of the existence of boundaries while still being connected to and fluid with a greater ecosystem.

Destroying Angels have been fruiting overnight, protecting, and sleeping with our own fruiting bodies. Angelic destruction allows our steam to purify and cleans our fruiting bodies to soar in the sky of our dreams.

Dressed in all white, the Destroying Angel is the purifier of our conscious. In the dark, Destroying Angel flies through the night protecting, healing, and encoding the water vibration, or the spiritual, emotional and dream realms. Fruiting overnight, Destroying Angel surfaces remnants, fears, dreams, memories, and traumas into our consciousness from underneath. The great Angel offers us a consciousing of what we need to grow. When we become conscious or aware of a need or a fear or desire, we hold the opportunity of a truth coming through to the light.

As Neptune turns Retrograde in 18°43' Pisces (it's home sign), we will be journeying into a release, retracing, revisiting of our dream space, our deep waters of the emotional and spiritual realms. Neptune and Pisces. This subtle realm has immense possibility to hide from itself, seek an immediate escape, and to pour its truth into power-leeching vessels.

Destroying Angel -- it's cap is so eager to fly that it's detaching itself from its stem (June 2019, Cedar Bloom, Cave Junction, OR).
Neptune retrogrades until November 27 which then, in 15°55' Pisces, from earth's perspective, will continue to move forward through the Pisces Zodiac Sign, the last of all signs. Neptune will be releasing all entanglements, dreams, and shadow before the completion of the Zodiac wheel and the beginning of a new revolution. These next 5 months will be highly conducive to the process of creation that includes the gentle birthing of our ideas forward and into the earth. Creation includes the sexual stirring of the pot as well as the ability to offer energy outward into the world. It is not unusual to abort energies, emotions, or creations as we lose steam and sight of the practicality. Whoever has the awareness is the responsible party.

With gratitude comes the portal to our consciousing. May you fly well into your truth.

Destroying Angel (Amanita ocreata) (June 2019, Cedar Bloom, Cave Junction, OR).
